 ◆ How to apply 

* Duplicate entries and duplicate winnings for Part 1 and Part 2 are possible.

* The name on the album(video call) is based on the name of the StarMaker name you wrote when you purchased it. (KOR/ENG available only, within 5 characters in Korean, within 10 characters in English) It won't be applied even if you request modifiers, pictures, symbols, p.s., etc. using parentheses or the way you fill out requests when entering your StarMaker name. StarMaker name may not be changed after the project closes under any circumstances, and if you provide a StarMaker name that does not match the format, it will be based on your real name.

 ◆ Caution for Event Application 

*As for foreign residents and proxy applicants, please include the country code of contact information (e-mail, phone number) with you rather than the shipping agent or proxy applicant's (or other's) contact information. We shall not be responsible for any disadvantages caused by other contact information.

1. Please make sure to fill out in the order information with the real name of the applicant and the email address of the applicant. (For foreigners, write it in English based on passport and include the country code in the contact information.) 

2. Please note in advance that this event will be submitted based on the your Event application information(applicant name/mobile phone number/messenger&ID)you entered when you order, not on member information.

3. Only the winner can participate in the video call signing event. You cannot change the contact information or information after applying. Please make sure to enter the correct information when applying or ordering. (Nickname, etc. are not allowed. Please apply and participate with your real name.)

4. When entering applicant's information, please enter information for one person per order. If more than one person's information enters, only one person can be selected and accepted. The event host is not responsible for any problems caused by not studying these precautions.

5. If you select KakaoTalk channel, please enter a searchable and registered KakaoTalk ID in the ID box,*not your email address*.

6. Please make sure that the ID you are applying for is set to Allow. We are not responsible for any problems that occur if you do not allow to add friends or cannot register with the messenger information you provided.

 ◆ Precautions during the Video Call 

1. The event will be conducted with the video call channel ID in the information you provided. (Messenger and ID cannot be changed after applying)
- Event progress may be restricted if the channel ID you submitted and the applicant's mobile phone number do not match.

2. The artist and winners will have a 1:1 video call event, and the video call will end after the appointed time.

3. We will send you a message confirming the event 1 day before the event and on the day of the event. Please make sure to reply to the request message for checking information and adding friend.

4. If you don't answer more than two calls during your order for the video call, we will call you one more time in the end. If the call is not connected until the end, the video call event cannot be held and only the autographed album will be delivered separately after the event.
* If there is a problem with the winner's network connection or device settings, it may be difficult to proceed with the event. Please check your network environment, screen, and audio settings in advance as it may not be possible to proceed with the call again if it fails to be connected or is interrupted due to network issues.

5. If you refuse or cancel the call during your video call order without permission, you will be marked as absent and not be allowed to join the event.

6. When the winner does not terminate the video call himself/herself, it may be forcefully terminated by the staff.

7. Please refrain from asking personal questions and asking too much to the artist during the event. In the event of abusive language, criticism and inappropriate behavior, the call connection may be forcibly terminated by the on-site staff's judgment.

8. Please refrain from sending or inquiring to the host for a smooth event progress. (Participation in the event is restricted if you call us or send inquires)

9. The identification process may be carried out before the event begins. Please prepare your ID card in advance when you participate in the event.

- Koreans (adult): Resident registration card, driver's license, passport
- Korean (Minors above 14 years old): Youth card, Middle/high school student ID card, passport, national accreditation certificate with your date of birth marked
- Foreigner: Passport, alien registration card

* All ID cards are accepted only as unexpired.

* All winners except Korean minors cannot use their student IDs (including college IDs) for identification purposes.

10. Only the winner can participate in this event, and if we are connected to someone other than you, or if two or more other than you participate, you may be forced to terminate the call.

 ◆ Precautions for face-to-face fan signing event 

*This event is a face-to-face fan signing event held in Korea. Please kindly apply only if you can participate in the event site.
*Among the albums you purchased, 1 album to be signed will be provided at the venue on the event day. The rest of the albums will be shipped to the inputted shipping address.

1. The identification process is carried out before entering. Please prepare your ID card in advance when you participate in the event.
* We can't check your ID by any means other than the identification cards below and we can only check it with the physical ID card with your photo attached. (We can't check it with the photo of ID card, scanned image, copy of your residence register, or an abstract of the census register.)
- Koreans (adult): Resident registration card, driver's license, passport
- Korean (Minors above 14 years old): Youth card, Middle/high school student ID card, passport, national accreditation certificate with your date of birth marked
- Foreigner: Passport, alien registration card
* All ID cards are accepted only as unexpired.

2. We will check the winners and give the number ticket 30 minutes before the event starting time. (Seats will be arranged by a raffle on-site.)

3. Please enter and sit on your seat before the event start. Seat movement is strictly restricted after admission. You may be forced to leave if you change your position, move  or change your seat.

4. You can buy it by proxy. However, only the person who applied for the signing event can participate. If you transfer the ticket for the signing event, you will have to leave from the site and will be excluded from all events of the artist.

5. This fan signing event will proceed without an acrylic panel. Admission is restricted without a face mask, so please wear a mask before entering.

6. You can only get your autograph on the designated album, and if you use any other items than the album, such as photocards and personal belongings, they will be confiscated by the onsite staff.

7. Please mark the pages in advance that you would like to use to get autographs for each member.

8. You can take pictures and videos in your seat during this fan signing event, but you cannot take pictures or voice record while receiving autographs. Thus, please leave all electronic devices such as mobile phones, cameras, and smartwatches in your seat when it’s your turn. (If you are caught recording or filming, you will be asked to leave.)

9. You cannot stand up from your seat, move to a seat other than yours, or move around during the signing event.

10. Giving gifts and support items are not allowed at this signing event, and in the case of fan signing items (headbands, flower wreaths, etc.), please forward them to the staff during your turn.

* Fan signing items will be checked by the onsite staff before you receive the autograph. If the items are deemed inappropriate, the items may not be delivered to the artist.

* You cannot put the props on the artist yourself.

* They will all be returned after the fan signing event is over, and we are not responsible for the loss of items that have not been picked up during the designated time period.

11. As for fan letters, please forward them to the onsite staff before the fan signing event begins.

12. Only 1 name post-it(To.) and 1 post-it question are allowed per member, so please prepare the post-its in advance.

* Only Korean/English allowed, asking to add adjectives and PS messages are prohibited.

* As for the questions, you can only ask in selective format (A vs. B / YES or NO) or multiple-choice questions will 5 answer choices or less, and you may only ask member-related questions. (Cannot request drawings or letters) (Questions that ask about the winner, short-form or long-form answer questions, and questions that look for a specific answer are prohibited.)

* Post-it questions will be checked by the onsite staff before receiving the autograph. If inappropriate questions, such as questions involving unreasonable requests or demands or related to the artist's private life, are identified, the staff may ask you to revise or remove the question.

13. The use of flash, AF auxiliary light, and strobe light is prohibited when taking pictures.

14. Selfie sticks and tripods can only be installed in your seat. If it causes inconvenience to other winners due to it being installed too high, staff may request to have it removed.

15. Social media live streaming is prohibited during the signing event, and if caught, you will be asked to leave regardless of whether you have received an autograph or not.

16. Please understand that making direct physical contact, such as doodling/attaching a sticker on the artist’s skin or touching the artist’s hands, is prohibited.

17. Drinking before and during the signing event is prohibited. Admission will be restricted if you have drunk before admission, and you may be forced to leave if you drink during the event.

18. Even if it is not specified above, if you do something that is deemed to harm the overall event operation, you may be forced to leave regardless of whether you have received an autograph or not.

 [Precautions for Prevention of COVID-19 in the Signing Event Hall] 

1) All visitors must wear KF94 masks
: It is mandatory for everyone to wear a mask after entering the venue (lobby, audience seats).
: You cannot enter if you are not wearing a KF94 mask.
: Food and beverage are not allowed in the event venut (lobby, audience seats, etc.).

2) Maintaining cleanliness by using hand sanitizer and washing your hands
: In addition to using hand sanitizer located throughout the event hall, wash your hands thoroughly under running water for at least 30 seconds.

* We are not responsible for any disadvantages caused by not reading the notice above.
* There are many changes related to the COVID-19 situation, so please read the notice carefully and participate.

 ◆ Precautions for all purchasers 
– The event host is not responsible for any problems caused by not studying the following precautions.

1. Products purchased during the event applicatoin period cannot be canceled or refunded by the customer after the closing time for application.(Cancellation is only possible for request by 23:59 on Mar.28 (KST), and cancellations or refunds are not allowed after the application period. Also, if you cancel, you will not be eligible for the application, so please kindly note it before you purchase.)

2.This event is open to both applications and winnings. You can apply for a proxy, but you can never participate in the video call signing event if you are a proxy. Only the winner can participate in the video call signing event.

3. After the announcement of the winners, changing the real name, contact information, and video call channel ID of the applicants through the customer center is not possible. Please make sure that you have entered your real name, contact number for phone calls and SMS when you apply for the event and order.

4. Personal information is collected and provided as shown below to confirm duplicate wins and to proceed with the event.

- Collections: Name, Contact number, Date of birth, ID per channel for video call event
- Collection Purpose: To identify winners of <xikers 1ST MINI ALBUM [HOUSE OF TRICKY : Doorbell Ringing] PRE-ORDER MEET&CALL EVENT> and to proceed with the event
- Persons who receive personal information: MAKESTAR, KQ ENTERTAINMENT
- Personal information retention period and utilization period: Destroy within 7 days after the end of the event

5. This event may be changed or cancelled without prior notice, depending on the host's situation.
